The Kimberley Hotel Hong Kong

Our recent stay at the Kimberley was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping and transportation. The buffet chefs were courteous and professional, making our dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hong Kong.

They even called to check if the room change we requested was satisfactory. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was near the bus and train stations, making it easy for us to get around the city. there were plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping areas nearby, so finding food and everything we needed was never a problem.

The slow room service. We ordered breakfast for 8:30 a.m., but it didn't arrive until after 9 a.m., which was a bit frustrating.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a prime location near bars and restaurants in the bustling city center. It was just a short walk down to the beautiful Harbour area. Although it was not close to the subway, we found it convenient to explore on foot. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern furniture. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with plenty of options to choose from. it was a pleasant stay with great facilities and a lovely view of the city.

We did experience some issues with the weak Wi-Fi connection.

Ideal location, accessible to main shopping area and MTR. Clean rooms. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Friendly and committed service. Excellent housekeeping. Decent English communication. Convenient facilities, including public spa and gym. Near famous bar district and 24 hr Japanese store.

I recently stayed at this place and had a great experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city area with many shops and restaurants around. The room amenities were top-notch, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar and electric kettle. I also appreciated the dining options on-site, including restaurant and bar/lounge area. The staff were very friendly and even gave me their service number in case I needed anything. a great place to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the concierge, were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent directions to popular tourist spots. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the housekeeping staff ensuring it was tidied up daily. The hotel had a refreshing green tea scent, which added a pleasant ambiance. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of a Western Union money changer, various malls, and it was conveniently close to the MTR station.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and the MTR. The rooms were spacious and clean, great for a family of four. The beds were big and comfortable, and the hotel provided plenty of ice cubes. It was convenient to reach the hotel from the airport, with a bus stop just a few minutes away. a great stay!

Nothing that I didn't like.

Convenient Location: The hotel is located near the MTR station, a huge plus for exploring the city. It was also close to several shopping malls and restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat or do nearby.

Unhelpful Staff: The front desk staff was unhelpful when it came to storing our bags overnight. They refused to assist us in finding a luggage storage facility and withheld information about a free storage service.

Convenient location near two subway stations, plenty of food options nearby. Helpful staff, providing extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Close to bus stop for easy airport transportation. Comfortable rooms with enough space for luggage.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a bustling area. The location was fantastic, with numerous dining options just steps away from this place. It was also easy to explore other parts of the city, thanks to the close proximity to public transportation. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or directions. They even shared great recommendations for local cuisine. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. I found this hotel to be great value for money and would highly recommend it to others.

I must say that the reception service here left something to be desired. However, despite this minor issue, I would still recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transport and attractions such as the Harbour area and Temple Street markets. Guests can also take advantage of the K4 free shuttle service from Kowloon Station, making it hassle-free to get to and from the airport. the breakfast options are satisfactory, and the helpful staff make for a pleasant stay.

One downside is that there is only one power adaptor available to borrow, which can be inconvenient for guests with multiple devices that need to be charged.

The location of the hotel was ideal, close to bus and train stations as well as Kowloon Park. The variety of foods at the buffet was excellent, with some of the dishes being good. the staff proved to be friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile by keeping my luggage for a whole day after I checked out. The surrounding area had numerous restaurants and plenty of options for window shopping. Despite some minor inconveniences like the occasional on-and-off wi-fi and the breakfast being a bit cold towards the end, I would still recommend this hotel based on its excellent location, good service, and overall value for money.
